Dr. Jonathan Roy


Dr. Jonathan Richard Roy is a board certified foot and ankle surgeon in the greater New York and New Jersey area. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in science at Adelphi University in Garden City, NY. He continued his studies in Adelphi University while working in the Chemistry Department and earned his Master’s in science to further his education. He then attended the New York College of Podiatric Medicine in New York, NY where he earned his medical degree as a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine. He is also a Board Certified Foot and Ankle Surgeon with the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. He is also an Associate member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and earned his Fellow status with the American College of Podiatric Medicine.
Dr. Roy gained his strong, surgical education in the prestigious Mount Sinai Hospital where he earned a degree in Podiatric Reconstructive foot and ankle surgery. He was also elected as one of the chief residents in his final year of training. Dr Roy’s specialty includes minimal invasive surgery, sports medicine, regenerative medicine therapy, skin and nail treatment , forefoot and rearfoot injuries, innovative pain management and biomechanics. Dr Roy is a NYS Police Surgeon serving over 3 years of service and also a Police Surgeon for the NJPD Benevolent association. He is AO/Fixation trained for trauma to the foot and ankle, Foot and Ankle Arthroscopy, and advanced treatment measures for all foot and ankle pathologies.
